All products sold by Alpine Biomed Corp. are warranted against manufacturing defects. Should our product fail before the expiration date of the product, Alpine will replace the defective product or credit your account.
If you suspect a defective product, please contact our Customer service department at (800) 222-0074. A Return Authorization number may be issued. No product will be accepted without proper prior authorization. For safety and health reasons, some products may not be returnable. Products such as those that are presterilized should not be returned unless specific instruction is given from Alpine Biomed to do so.
