 In 1996, Dantec Medical, with offices in Denmark and the US, was acquired by Medtronic Inc. and became Medtronic Neurodiagnostics.
July, 2007, Medtronic's neurodiagnostic product line was acquired by Alpine Biomed Corp. headquartered in Fountain Valley, California, USA.
The company name has changed, but the commitment to quality products and technology for which Dantec was known guides us today as we
strive for improvement and work with our customers to provide soultions for their patients and their practices.
Alpine continues to support all aspects of our well-established Keypoint® EMG/EP brand and associated electrodes and accessories - from both the original Dantec Medical premises in Skovlunde, Denmark - and now also from out headquarters in Fountain Valley, California.
