BE - Applications

Each system comes with the well known Galileo software, which offers many options to suit your clinical requirements.

The .NET technology offers connectivity advantages of importance to your IT department.

Galileo efficiently exchanges data with other Galileo systems through a standard network. Data can also be freely communicated with users not having Galileo systems using a "Browser" without the need for dedicated software.

For access to your centralized Hospital Information System Galileo offers a host of state of the art solutions.

Digital Video
Galileo Digital Video is recorded as MPEG-4 file. The video window, and EEG, is available on-line to any connected EEG review station.

EEG mapping
Galileo Potential mapping is included in all deliveries and shows a potential map on a 2D or 3D head.

ICU Monitoring
Galileo Trends includes trending of a frequency band (up to 8 channels) over long periods of time, linked to the raw EEG. In addition an indication of Burst-Suppression incidence can be displayed for use in barbiturate comas.

Automatic Seizure Detection
(see ICU monitoring)
Galileo on-line spike and seizure detection is powered by eemagine algorithms.

Detections are indexed in the EEG.

Cognitive Evoked Potentials
GalileoGalileo ERP is a complete solution for the recording, back averaging and mapping of long latency evoked potentials.

On-line MRI filtering
Galileo BE-MRI Toolbox is a fully featured software module which models the scan artifact caused by the EPI sequence and subsequently filters it out.

Browser
Galileo Browser saves (video-) EEG in a file (on memory stick, attached e-mail file or CD) to be used for exchange of information between physicians.

Open Dbase
Galileo Open Database permits exchange of information between databases based on HL7 protocol.
